Founded in 2015, the Arsosala washing station serves around 1,200 smallholder farmers in Guji’s Uraga district. Farmers deliver cherries directly to the station, where they are paid for by weight. The coffee is sorted, processed, and dried on raised beds.
Coffees are blended into daily lots, making individual traceability difficult, but consistent quality is achieved by sourcing from the same region and farms year after year. The station showcases the vibrant, high-quality character that Guji is known for.
