Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. Provide your order number and any relevant details so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Our goal is to deliver your coffee beans quickly and in perfect condition so you can enjoy them at their freshest. If you have any questions regarding shipping, our support team is here to help.

We ship exclusively within Australia and currently do not offer international delivery.
