Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. After reviewing your request, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund.

Because coffee beans are perishable, we cannot accept returns on opened bags or products that have been used. Unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery as long as they remain sealed, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item you received was damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
